I'm Jen Pennington, Broker, Owner and Realtor® of Pennington Properties. After more than a decade in real estate and years as an Associate Broker with a large brokerage, I’ve started Pennington Properties with a simple mission: provide exceptional, full-service real estate while offering a commission structure that makes sense for today's market.
